Dana Brackley
Founder / Senior Physiotherapist / Clinical Pilates Instructor
Dana is a senior physiotherapist with over 25 years of clinical experience across Australia, the UK, and the United States. She graduated with a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Physiotherapy) from La Trobe University in 1994 and has since pursued extensive postgraduate training in advanced neurology, Clinical Pilates, the JEMS® movement system, Scolio-Pilates, OOV therapy, Kinetic Link Training, and Applied Movement Neurology.
Dana offers an integrative, evidence-informed approach that combines manual therapy with targeted movement rehabilitation. Her treatments may include soft tissue mobilisation, fascial release, joint mobilisation, dry needling, and tailored exercise prescription. She has a strong clinical interest in spinal conditions and takes a whole-body view of function, aiming to address the underlying biomechanical and neurological drivers of pain and dysfunction.
Referrals are welcomed for patients with complex musculoskeletal presentations, postural and movement-related dysfunctions, spinal pathologies, or those seeking structured, long-term rehabilitation. Dana works collaboratively with medical and allied health professionals to support continuity of care and optimise outcomes for each individual.

Paula Pappalardo
Physiotherapist / Clinical Pilates Instructor
Paula graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Physiotherapy Practice. Paula has gained valuable experience working in private practice, Sporting Academies and VAFA teams, specialising in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries in both athletes and the general population. She adopts a holistic approach and creates a nurturing environment where patients have confidently achieved good outcomes. Paula began a postgraduate Masters in Research in 2021 that helped her to gain expert knowledge in running biomechanics and return to activity after knee surgery (i.e., ligament reconstruction, meniscus repair and arthroscopy). Her advanced knowledge has helped her to understand how the mechanics of the body and the psychological response to injury can play a significant role in the development of injuries. She employs movement retraining to create synergistic movement and optimise treatment outcomes.
Paula also has a special interest in the treatment and management of Osteoarthritis. She currently works at La Trobe University as a tutor and Research Assistant on the GLA:D® Australia Program.
She believes that Clinical Pilates plays a pivotal role in correcting movement deficits, and she integrates Pilates principles into both the assessment and rehabilitation of patients. She has also completed studies in Strength and Conditioning. Paula continues to stay updated with recent research to ensure that her practice continues to be evidence-based. Paula is an active member of the community and enjoys her involvement with the local sporting clubs. In her leisure time, Paula enjoys running, playing tennis and traveling.
